About Jessica:
I am a licensed real estate broker with Realty ONE Group. Since obtaining my license in 2009, I quickly rose to management and training positions. I possess extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate, allowing me to cater to a wide range of clients and navigate diverse market conditions. Also, I am acquiring designations as a luxury homes specialist and certified international property specialist, further expanding my skill set.
As a highly skilled trainer, I have made a significant impact at local, state, and national levels. I's contributions to the industry have not gone unnoticed. I was recently appointed as a mentor for the National Association of Realtor's Spire program, highlighting my expertise and commitment to professional development.
Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply involved in my community. I am dedicated to serving various real estate-related roles, such as serving as an HMLS Board Member, and on several other committees. Moreover, I actively channel my efforts toward assisting the homeless and animal rescue communities in Kansas City.
In my spare time I spend time with my family, especially my son, Jalen and my mom, Olivia who is a past KC Shepherd's Center 70 over 70 honoree. It is also common to see hilarious commentary of my time spent with my dog Jonah.
